Today’s guest is Jenn Starkey.  Jenn came as a referral from our recent guest Stacie Mahoe, as they have worked together on the book Jenn is publishing, titled ‘A League of Your Own’ , which is a book all about what it means to be a leader in your own life.  Jenn is a fastpitch softball guru, has a bunch of great material and videos on Fastpitch Fit.  She also has created a leadership program for youth athletes called the MVP Leadership Academy.

One huge idea I took from Jenn was in the 2nd quarter where she shares a great way to speed up learning and buy-in when teaching new skills.  Another huge idea was in the 2nd quarter where she shares 7 confidence hacks to use as a coach.   I hope you enjoy her insights and stories!
